Do you not like the PISHTA setup (the one with the 2.5"-diameter U-tubing?)
The advantage of that setup is in the fact that no welding is done on the exhaust manifold casting... none. Those exhaust manifolds are crack-prone and once cracked, I have read that repairing them in such a way that they won't crack again, is not the easiest thing in the world to do...
There may be good reasons not to use his setup, but from where I sit, it looks like something that I would surely consider for a non-race application.
