Good point, Kit. I was kind of assuming a coil pack on each side with short wires. I didn't consider the firing order. If I try that, would probably use 2 Mopar 2.4L coil packs since have one and nicer looking than Ford EDIS coils. The LS coils I have are "coil near plug" w/ built-in ignitor so requires only a 5 V TTL trigger. However, I recall that signal must also include dwell, so maybe not simple.
