Hey guys, we have decided to sell our

1970 Plymouth Duster

Original Slant 6 survivior car. One owner car, special ordered by a (now) little grey haired lady from S.L. Savage in Seattle.

We are the second owner.

the original owner had every single service record from when the car was new (see cut and paste of history below).

Everything works, yes, even the fuel and temp guage, Original owner took car of everything, rust, interior rips etc.

We put a new windshield in it a few months ago. We also have a new rear bumper coming for it.

The engine and trans have been rebuilt in 1997, and have ony had 30,000 miles put on it since then. The rear differential has been rebuilt in Jan 2010.

It has a aftermarket stereo, but we still have the original radio. It has Modern Rims on it, but we still have the original body color rims, not sure where the flying saucer hub caps are though.

I also put a brand new (not rebuilt or new rebuilt, bought from Slantsixdan) Holley 1920 on it, new engine wiring harness, new battery, new engine harness, new positive and negative cables, new KYB Gas Adjust shocks and i have a new set of .92 torsion bars that i have not installed yet.

Partial sample of car service history and pics below more if interested.

It's not a survivor. It's about as far from a survivor as a vehicle can get when the entire driveline has been rebuilt, major components have been replaced, the dash and doors have been hacked, etc. I wish to God that they'd never coined the term.

It is a super clean little car with some very positive attributes.

Good luck on your sale!

Sorry, guess by survivor i meant that in the 40 yrs of its life someone resisted the temptation of shoving a 340 or a big bock in it or molesting it with other items

Yep;when we say numbers matching/survivor/barn find/lil old lady car someone stops the show.I gotta agree with jos survivor wouldn't be the term I would use. However it definately is nice-excellent example-great car.Good luck with the sale,I would put it on other sites also.

looks nice good luck with sale
