Make sure it is getting "run" voltage at the time it dies. My "guess" would be a bad coil, but it also could be other things, or a bad ECU. Make SURE the ECU is grounded. Is the coil getting hot?
I thought the same thing, I am sure the coil is good and the ecu is grounded and is a brand new unit. Neither the coil, ecu, or ballast resistor are getting hot. Its a puzzler! haha
