Not your typical car fire, must have been in a building fire. I think it was pretty trashed before any fire damage. Vin on dash is in perfect shape.....ok. And the broadcast sheet must have been off site. I know i should't say this as it's only speculation, but it looks like the remants of a ins***nce fra*d job to me?
