When I was coming up with names for the project I researched various terms from the game of darts. Apparently scud means the same as "fallout" or a dart that is way off target (definition may vary depending on which list you subscribe to...). When I started the build, it was a simple rest-mod with some minor suspension mods. Now the build is WAY off that original target.
Another definition of Scud I found is "moving fast as if driven by the wind".
In either case, to me the term fits. Thanks for asking and Merry Christmas to you as well.
