Change your auto console to 4 spd with pics

just a question, this automatic console fits for any 4 speed car? how does it line up ? I always thought that the shifter for the autos and the manual were in different spots? coz the manuals have the side trans hump. just a bit confused :S

or do you need a special shifter to go with the console?

The shifter is different depending on the year of the car, as well as bench or buckets. I didnt measure my 4spd console before removing it, so I dont have any measurements to relate to an auto vs 4spd
