65 brake lines

The last car I made up brake lines for was my one owner ‘82 LeBaron Convertible. Faced with trying to make a good workman like job, look as close to factory as possable, I devised a method to replicate the original lines.

Using a 25 foot coil of the copper like soft alloy replacement brake line that bends by hand real easily, I started with one old line and wire tied the new tubing to it replicating each bend and straight using as many ties as needed to keep on tract until a new duplicate line was formed mated to the old line, then made flairs at each end. I repeated this process until each section of brake system was reproduced. It all fit back in place exactly into the old mounting clips with nice straight runs, and true bends.
