If someone tells me one more time i'm lucky to have a job i'm gonna clock them,however they are absolutly correct it is an employers market. I hate where i work [everyone knows],most of the head management,my job, but it pays the bills [bairly] i'm 53 years old,been here 16 years have 5 weeks vacation a year.I was alomst at 18$ hr. 4-5 years ago when the economy tanked we got a pay cut 2 days before payday went from 17.93 hr. to 13.25 hr. in 3 minutes,lost health insurance,401k matching and got our hours cut to 32 a week [back to 40 now] all in a week, you bet i was pissed but i stayed determined to keep plugging away to take care of my family so you got a week in hell well deal with it stop complaining,there are a lot of folks that ain't as lucky to have what you and i have a paycheck!!!!!!!!
