Front suspension mystery

There are more variables than I was aware of. I'll have to give this some more thought before taking the car and getting it put on a frame rack. My initial thoughts are the coil-over preload based on these responses.

67dart you are correct I did not noitce this, the guy whio did the intake gaket pointed it out to me but he is right. I understated the gap differential, it is smore like a1 inch differential between the fenders and top of the tires. The ride height differential is more like 1/2 inch so something does not seem right with the set up.

Thanks for all the input. WHen I have it checked out closer to spring I'll post the resluts.
