Does anyone have a template of some sort they can email me? My old lines are too trashed to use and I figured I'd ask you guys before I take the time to measure it all out.
Thanks

The last car I made up brake lines for was my one owner ‘82 LeBaron Convertible. Faced with trying to make a good workman like job, look as close to factory as possable, I devised a method to replicate the original lines.

Using a 25 foot coil of the copper like soft alloy replacement brake line that bends by hand real easily, I started with one old line and wire tied the new tubing to it replicating each bend and straight using as many ties as needed to keep on tract until a new duplicate line was formed mated to the old line, then made flairs at each end. I repeated this process until each section of brake system was reproduced. It all fit back in place exactly into the old mounting clips with nice straight runs, and true bends.

Yeah I did upgrade to a dual. I already have the lines and all but 1 are bent. The one across the firewall broke in a few spots so I was hoping someone had some sort of PDF template with measurements and such. Ill just piece what I can together of the old one and measure out the rest no biggie thanks for the info guys

Funny thing as I was writing that last post the door bell rang and it was the up's man with the brake line, and when I opened the box I noticed it was the front to back (proportion valve to rear axle line only, I must have read the description wong, either way I still it was worth it, it apears to nicely made. we'll just see how well it fits when can get around to installing it!
