Wanted: Welding Tools

I doubt I have anything to spare, but will try to give some advice from a limitted budget view. When I got my Ruster I had no welding gear (didn't know I'd need it, LOL) . What areas/parts will you be welding? I was able to do a lot of small patches, floor pans etc without a ton of stuff. My compressor is only 2HP with an 11G tank. A pain? absolutly, but if you don't have it, well.. you don't. Do your big cuts with a 4-1/2" grinder with a cutting disk. I actually have 2 of these grinders, the other is always set up with a sanding flap disk. The welder is the most important thing. If that ain't right, none of the other stuff can make up for it. I have a Hobart 140. I love it. runs on 120V, and comes already setup for shield gas.. I had welded years ago, but had never used MIG. If you need practice, I can recommend what I did... First project, find some scrap and build a cart for your welder. Couple tools I found very useful were spot weld cutter bit, and pneumatic flange tool.
