If you are talking a t56......might be about the same amount of money to get a new one $2900 as it will be to hunt down a used one and get it rebuilt. It will need a hydraulic clutch set up as well. Gonna take some surgery to get it in. I had a list of parts it would take to swap it in, have no idea where I put it though. If I remember right it was close to 5k in parts....but don't quote me on that and that was using pretty much everything new. Will you be able to do the surgery on the car yourself? Might want to just wait until the guy from PA releases his 5 speed that is supposed to fit in the car without cutting....although if I remember correct that trans is going to be over 4k for just the box....
