Fox body for '69 GTS trade, Opinions needed

that trade isn't worth it, the Dart is worth 3000 tops the way it sits, looks to be a smog 318 out of a mid 80's truck in place of whatever used to be there, doubt it was 340

he would have to pay quite abit in the difference for the fox body if it was me, around here they sell anywhere between 8-11K
