All the new ones are going to say "Irwin" on them. These are Chinese-made trash and your worn-out USA-made Vice-Grip brand tools are still lightyears ahead of Irwin trash.
The very first time I used Irwin Ice-Grips, the knurling on the jaws wore off. Like, literally just crumbled off.
I watch my old Vice-Grips like a hawk now.
