Its a white car w/ super six and automatic with no body damage that I saw, and the chrome looks clean. The interior is red. I only have a single day to part the car out. I am going to try to get it, just because it has candy cane moldings that look brand new.

I made a short list of things I should get if I can pull them.

What else should I be on the lookout for?

See what kind of brakes it has. If they are disc brakes grab them.

Also make sure to check the rearend just to make sure it is still the 7 1/4 and not something people want.

Also check the rear drums to see if they are 10" because the drums are no lokger available new and hard to come by used.

10" front hubs are in demand too.

Luggage rack

Every single good part on the entire car!!! They don't make many parts for these cars so I wouldn't wast anything!!!! Maybe a member near by could buy the rest before it gets scrapped if you can't fully strip it? The "station wagon" only parts are super hard to find, I would save anything that will fit a wagon for sure.

If everything is a nice as described, you should try and get the whole car!

Sound like a really nice car. Keep the whole car. It will sell fast

Pleasanton- East Bay? Should be pretty solid if it didn't live near the water...

I NEED the TAIL GATE for my '65 Wagon, please put me first in line for that if you intend to sell it. Actually I need the quarter panels too if you are going to go that far with it...

That's the worst side of it. The other quarter has a little bit of surface rust, actually looks like the tailgate is a bit more choppy than I was thinking. The taillights look sweet.

Why just one day to part it out? You will loose a small fortune. There are people out there that need about every good part off this car.

Yeah sazzle I will pass on the tailgate, but thanks anyway. Still a BUNCH of good parts there!

That's too nice of a car to part out! People love those things....put a fair price on the whole car and save yourself some work. :violent1:
