I have a solution for these types. I just get about as God Dammed intimidating as I can get these days and look em in the face and say like this:
"I didn't buy this to please YOU, I bought it to have some fun before I get too old. However, If you'd like to get out your checkbook and DONATE to the project, I'll be happy to correct some of the flaws you find so irritating."
