I exchanged a couple messages with Dave Webber over at Modern Muscle and found him quite competent. They can program their ECM to everything I need it to do. Like control the variable runner on the 09 truck intake manifold and compensate for things like headers and 6.4 cam. Although this will require tuning via a Diablo Sport intune tuner. Which is included in the purchase price.
There are however others that can provide the same service. BG and Hotwire can also set you up with the wiring harness and ECM.
One could Get one of these engines up and running for less than the MM kit, but by the time tuning is factored in you would be real close.
