I have never seen or even seen an option for "Factory cruise" on a 1969 Barracuda.
Without some very detailed pictures I wouldn't feel comfortable giving an estimate. Take a damaged grille on that car and it would bring down the value since they are hard to come by and cost a small fortune when you do.
