It is new, and for the performance of the motor the rpm range will be in the high 7000, this combo was factored with the solid bottom end, pistons,rods,cam, and the porting, valves the Indy head produce. Larry Ziglsis retired crew chief of Army in the late sixties and Frank Danston who runs this same combo in his 70 cuda , yielded 834hp and 779 lbs of torque. A great torque monster, thanks Dan
