!!!Segway brand new never used!!!

My mom has finally decided to sell her Segway she has never even taken it for a ride/drive NEVER. Battery is fine, has front bag for it. I have all the manuals, paperwork, everything. Im not sure how old it is, I am pretty sure they bought them when they 1st come on the market. The one that is for sale is the one pictured without the front bag. Mom has the bag, she just never put it on. We will start at $4k and see what the interest is.
