Spare tire size?

What size tire / wheel will fit in the spare wheel well and sit low enough to cover with the "board" and be flush? I'm running the 5 on 4-1/2 pattern.

I have never found any full size spare that fit correctly that wasn't a 13". You might get a temp spare that would fit the bill.
