Correct, manual valve body. There was another little block that came with the bracket that was intended to mount just under where the throttle cable mount went, so yes, it did have provisions for a kickdown. I do not know the manufacturer of this bracket, but it is the same type you can get from any major retailer. I dont really like it and I will soon swap to some other type of bracket that is smaller, this thing is huge and looks "busy" with all the gadgets on it.
