I just recieved a set. Dealer says they're "new", heads says "Remanufactured", WTF/wheres the fun ? Either way, you get to pay $150 ea., pita core charge. Reportedly, these flow 352 cfm @ .6" int.,stone stock. What needs help is the exhaust side. Valves are big, 2.140/1.655". Anyone worked on these yet ? Loaded in a 2,400lb, Hemi Healey roaster, should send Custer to his last stand. Onward, ateam.:burnout:

Comanche or Apache heads? I know the new heads are called apache's, but, I'd be fine with a set of eagle heads they are close enough to 6.1 heads for me.

Apache heads require a 4.06 minimum bore to clear the intake valve therefore will not work on a 5.7 block. I would mock them up and check it out before trying to run them.

That being said, they are the baddest factory head for the new hemi. Ives heard of flow in the 340cfm range as cast. Indy has a cnc set flowing in the 370's.
