How rare is this and what's it worth?

Here's one thats been on Denver craigslist for a while.
Almost the exact same thing, except its a hardtop, and has white interior.
Completely restored Asking $19,500
Dont know if he'll get that but its a nice car for sure. Convertable should be worth more when finished.
