.....Pistol Grip Baby :D Out with the 69 Hurst stick, in with the 71-74 B-Body bench one. I had to grind the base a little to get it to fit the 69 shifter base but it works great. I love that the shifter is original, factory chrome and grips, worn with a little patina meaning this bad boy rowed gears in another sweet Mopar before mine :D Can't drive the car yet (damn snow) but it feels good, looks even better! I have to buy the little plastic emblem for the top yet, can't find the one I had. The old shifter is now wall art!

Now I can really "grip" my stick :toothy10: :burnout: :eek:ccasion:

finally got it LOL....

i knew you would be able to get your old shifter out if you used those big muscle arms you have there LOL :prayer:

looks good .....your hand fits the grip better than mine ...i had a pistol grip in my 68 but had to go back bcoz of small hands ...they made those pistol grips for big hands.:protest:

hope your happy with it when you start driving it .....they are a lot different :pirate:

BTW: love the radio delete

Lookin good. I haven't even finished the 4 speed swap in my Dart yet and you got me wantin one of those already.

Yep, looks awesome! When my project is near, I will be giving Gunslinger and order!
If you squeeze it really hard I bet the handle changes to "Plum crazy purple"

I don't like the way it looks at all...better yank it out and send it to me!!!LOL!!

Looks like a lot of fun, and I'll bet you're chomping at the bit for the snow to clear now, huh Keith!!

Nice job and really dresses up the office!! Geof

looks good kieth, i like that water temp gauge too.wanted those but they were cost prohibited. hey did you forget about me?lol

Hope you got a Competition Plus shifter box with those little adjustable stops, 'cuz it looks like you could do some hellacious slamming shifts with that thing.

Wowza!! :burnout:

I see Victoria's big brother got an upgrade :blob::cheers:
Know you can put a counseled to carry license sticker on your car now :D

The plastic thing up top? The shifter pattern?
Year One

Yup, was wondering about that! I bet this thing can slam gears hard, I will probably like the old shifter better after awhile, that one worked awesome for shifting fast. I went for the cool factor with the pistol grip, who knows, maybe it will work slick and I will leave it in :D

could you possibly put them on a super shifer? I don't know if it would work but might make the travel shorter.

How long were you sitting in it and pulling gears without it running? Like a new toy! Now I want one too.
