Found a car on craigslist, on the fence of getting it

Got car home today, It runs but was popping out of the intake, Took valve covers off to find a collapsed lifter on number one exhaust. Has receipts of a purple cam and a full rebuild 15,000 miles ago. Side of the block has ta340 on it and the a few of the rockers are offset. Making this a 70 340 6 pack motor. Carbs have been replaced in 2002 from the receipts I can see and holley warranty info and has after market air cleaner.

Has good oil pressure, Wonder if it was over revved taking one lifter out. Either way I want to take motor apart re gasket it and check it over. Will be going in my 71 duster.

Ended up paying 1600 which is a complete steal. Rims are going to clean up super nice, Full set of autometer gauges plus the engine
