New TTI's rusting?????

I'm having the same problem with my Dougs headers, their Ceramic coated outside only
one of tubes close to the flange is starting to rust been they've been on the car less than a year.
I called Dougs to complain and they said they would recoat no cost

I had a similar with my TTI's. After a winter setting in my unheated garage, I had rust on parts of my outside coated less than year old headers. The sweating from the temp changes during the winter, was the problem.
Did not make since to heat my garage so I went with a car capsule. It solved my problem.
