Very nice. PM me your phone number. I could have used a tow from exit 17 on Rt 87 back to Long Island. While traveling "slightly" above the posted speed limit my Dodge Ram developed a NASTY driveline vibration resulting in a disapearing trans tailshaft, bent output shaft and yoke. You know your having a bad day when you look under your car and the output shaft is clearly visable!

Eaton M-90. EGR blocked, intercooled, new bearings and seals, fresh teflon on the lobes, ported and polished, poly coupling, smaller pulley...

Got up early today, masked & painted in garage. However, it was a bit too cold in the garage, so I brought it in after 2 hours and placed everything in the laundry room to 'cure up.' Wife doesn't seem to understand- something about stone tile floors, smell, "Hill Billy" behavior...but the supercharger looks great!

Sweet! more pics! Whats it going on?

OMG. RAD!!

This is a NOS B&M setup I purchased last month or so. It's a 162ci blower for a small block mopar, I plan to install on my 318.

LANDY BLOWER GUYS,,, what did you do for the thermostat housing??? and does this blower use a carb bolt pattern????

Like was mentioned by Chuck and from the research I've done, some manifolds from DLI were "hacked" in this regard. Some thermostat housings were welded shut, others were not. Also, for the crank blower pulley, only 3 of the 6 bolts were used.

no t stat on the blower motor ???? sorry to hear about ur bad dealings with landy, ide of thought better of them,,no wonder those units are hard to come by,,,

The setup I came across was made by B&M and uses a common chevy 90 deg. thermostat housing, and thermostat which was cast into the manifold. I wish I knew what year these setups were from and how many were produced...

man can we get some details on the mega cab hemi, how does that thing pull and have you done any 1/4 mile passes on it thanks

Thanks, 14.8@90MPH 6414 Pounds 60' times were 2.xx
I did the LongBed conversion in my driveway. I cut the rear frame rails right above the axle, unbolted the front leafspring bolt and rolled the whole assembly back 20.5" The truck already had a two piece driveshaft, so I had a new front shaft made and moved the carrier bearing back 20.5", this kept the driveshaft angles the same as factory. I set the pinion angle and ride height by relocating the factory front spring hangers. The frame is 10gauge (1/8") thick, I used 6"X2"X.25" rectangular tubing for the sectioning of the frame rails.

high 14' s is pretty solid how long has the supercharger been on there
have you pulled anything for any distance thought of installing one on my 2500 and just set it up for low manifold pressure like yours about 5 lbs
very nice job

Its been ProCharged for 4 years and has 38,000 ProCharged miles. I got one of the first Ram kits offered by ProCharger that was supplied with Uni-Chip tuning and uses 2 extra fuel injectors mounted between the throttle body and the intake manifold. The new kits use Diablo tuning use 8 larger fuel injectors.

Ive towed a 4,000 pound load(Dodge Mirada) 800 miles from Illinoise to NY. No problems even with the mountains in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

What year is your Ram? The 5.7 Hemi 2500 series engines dont have EGR like the 1500 series do. An EGR delete in a blown application will keep the combustion chambers a little cooler. The Hemi trucks pistons dont like any boost over 6PSI as the top ring land is close to top of the piston. Higher boost levels will cause the top ring gap to butt together, popping the top of the piston off. I run a fat A/F ratio and one step colder NGK spark plugs. The Uni-Chip also limits timing to 15 degrees at any throttle position while in boost.

Thanks! It's a D1sc on low boost, and pump gas. Trying to decide if I want to convert over to corn, or spray methanol.
