You might as well make it 3 for 66's. I have a 66 dart and would like a set. please PM me the total with shipping to 91710 (Chino, CA).

Thanks

Better measure. The Darts and Valiants are different length aren't they? Is it possibe to go through the posts and list the sizes for particular models. The guys could double check by measuring theirs and order them. Just a thought. tmm

I'd like to get another set, for the Duster.
..once again 1 x 3 at an extra cost...
no particular hurry.

pm sent too

Seymour, just got mine in this weekend...fit EXCELLENT! Had a buddy burn them in for me. These are the best deal going on connectors bar-none for the money. Thanks Seymour! I'll try and post up some pics of the whole thing painted up black when I get a chance. Here's some of the install to start to show front and back fitment. Very nice...now I'm ready for big power! haha

Thanks!

how much for shipping to 06355? gotta start budgeting for frame repair:(

Seymours bars are awesome, definitely the best value out there! If you need frame parts (as in replacement) check out AutoRustTechnicians, they make lots of great A-body frame but it ain't cheap nor easy to replace!

Could I get a better photo of the rear end of these. Im curious to see the big end where the tubing meets the rear peice. Also install photos on your scamp would be nice please.

are these made only for weld applications or do you also have the bolt in application style?
i would like a pair for my 70 duster 108" wb
thanks
terry

Anyone have the measurements for a set for a 65 valiant/barracuda? Installed em yet?
thanks!

Hell I'm going to start knocking these out for early A's. I see the demand is high and I could knock a set out in 30 min. Everyone gouges for them, talk about a rip off.

All,
I apologize but I am not building these currently. I can't tell you exactly how long I will be unable to. My shed blew down in a storm and I have all of that junk in my garage so I am unable to weld, plasma cut, or walk for that matter in my garage.

I can tell you that when I get going again I will most likely charge slightly more shipping due to the local post office down the road shutting down (I will have to go UPS) I will also require money order payment, due to new paypal tax laws.

If your project is needing these asap, take a close look at the pictures in the thread, these are not too difficult to make if you have a steel yard to get rectangular tubing from.

Good luck getting that shed back together!
Can relate to wind damage... we just had Issac blow thru South Fla and despite not hitting us full tilt- we did get alot of wind and rain damage.
We all need to say a prayer for New Orleans though.... not looking good.

Hey, Seymor-
Are you back up and running yet?

I finally got around to getting mine installed. I based my design off trailbeast design above. I used 1-/1/2" x 3". I got (2) 72" legnths off ebay for $50. Could have saved even more money if I bought 4' legnths which is all I used, but I wanted extra materal incase I messed something up. I could NOT find any locally. Every supplier in town want to only sell me 16' legnths. So total investment $50 and maybe 6 hours of work.

I cut each 6' tube down to 48" and used back section I notched out for the frame to fit into for the front plate of the connector. Then went over them with black paint. Later I will cover them with spray on underlayment from Eastwood to replaced the underlayment I had to grind off to weld them in. I did have to remove the E-brake cable. Where it came through the front rail was right is the spot for the front plate. I intended to just move it enough to get the connectors on, but 40 years of rust the nut on the cable would not budge. So I just cut it. My car doesnt need an E-brake anyway. I never used it in the 10years of owning the car anyway. The 1-1/2" didnt require any floor work. I does just touch the floor in the back half. from the photo you can see I also bent up the back half slightly for a more contour fit.

I bought mine for my 1971 Demon a couple years ago and paid $155 plus S/H. They are a good addition to stiffen up the Darts/Dusters/Demons. I say they are at a great price. Mine is the bolt on style welded to the car. Very nice work.

Rick, I need a set for my Swinger. I need to hit you up.

I am only making the 3x1 design now since its stronger, looks cleaner and most people order it anyway. I had to raise the price from $100 to $125 plus shipping for dusters and $130 plus shipping for darts. Mainly because of steel prices, and my other costs(plasma consumables, welding consumables, welding gas, electricity, packaging) also because I have to report these on my taxes, don't want to risk it.

PM me for shipping price
Thanks
Jeff
