I was wondering the same thing, but I dont believe shoulder belts were an option in 67-9 cudas, so there wouldnt be mounting points would there?? Im asking cuz I dont know.
Shoulder belts were an available option on the 67 Barracuda so the mounting point is there. Shoulder belts were federally mandated for all vehicle production beginning on 1/1/68.
Even if not an option its pretty simple and very safe to retrofit in most vehicles.
Quality 3 point belt sets (for both front seats) can be had for less than the cost of the "bar" in this thread.
