Did not ever see this response. The original traffic stop was in KY. The shipment was going to Upstate NY and so they continued to do a controlled delivery to get the "bigger guy" rather than the little guys transporting. The enclosed trailer the bike was in, with the marijuana, didn't even have a plate on it... the reason for the stop.
