just at a glace have you thought of a power stering pump off a jeep cherokee it looks a lot like the pump you have there but am not sure what the pressure that it puts out. Tincup are your brakes manual on your car? you could put hydro boost on the brakes and this will bring the pressure down but not sure on how much
