whats the best way to pack a third member for shipping

Dang, you guys ARE serious about the 5 gal. buckets! I would probably make a little wooden jig out of 1" X 2" pieces, and then cover it with nailed-on plywood pieces. We ship truck diffs with large steel jigs, but then we don't care about the extra weight. I'd go wood.

I know that I'd probably be spending about 90 minutes making it though, and that sucks.
