LOL!!!! I sold this exact car 2 yrs ago for $14K

The car was at mecum auction in Kissemmee in 2012 was checking it out as it was in line to cross the block.

Wanted to talk to the owner since it is so close to mine. Mine was white blue top and interior new

I thought is was a nice looking car and well equipped. Never found out what it sold for.

For the torque boxes, yes all convertibles have them.

The car would look better without the side moldings, but that was a popular thing to do to PROTECT, your new car just like putting clear plastic seat covers over your cloth seats.

Since you had it in the north east, where did it come from originally? Mine came out of Maine, had a 68 dart convertible with factory AC with a Boston hospital parking sticker on it.

Surprising the number of Dart convertibles I have seen with factory AC.

I bought it off of a retired gentleman who brought it to his summer home in Maine from Florida where his winter home is. I stopped and looked @ it for 2 summers parked on the side of the road for sale. He started @ 18K and price slowly fell till I picked it up for $11k. Then I had it for sale for another 2 yrs. LOL!! 4 yrs for sale in Maine. It came with a set of small bolt ralleys with BFGs as well. Dont get me wrong. It is indeed a nice car, but does have a few faults and is not no $34K car. Buddy of mine just sold a B3 383 4 speed 67 GTS for $18k not a drop top but a much more desirable car in my eyes. Had all the #s parts and a trailer of NOS parts with it. Thinking I should have grabbed it @ $10K last year
