72 Plymouth Valiant Super Bee

Ether it doesn't have a fender tag, or they put it some ware els on the car. It's not on the inner fender?? having trouble getting it titled,it never went threw customs.i don't know if there's a way around that yet or not, not giving up yet tho. The cluster is in km. and it does have a dana44 in it it also has a318 with 340 heads. I don't think I will part it,I just don't think I'll have time to build it ether. Unless I put it on the do way later list. I'm open to offers tho.

There's no vin numbers on the dash?

What about a oval plate that says made in mexico on the door or door post?

If not, just get a state issued vin. Claim it's missing. That's the truth, it is missing. Might even be better that way, because you will never have to mention it is from Mexico. Just car old car that is missing it's vin. If you didn't ask here, you'd thought it was made in USA.
 
It has the vin tag on the door post driver side and a mexico tag on the passenger side but not a fender tag that tells the options.

Ya they are nice. This is a beautiful car. I believe this was a "correct" resto, so maybe they are what went to Mexico??? You know, when I see it at he next show, (next summer!), I am going to find out.
 
Yeah they just look like slots with some type of dog dish cap that I've never seen before.
 
Just came across this thread and thought I can answer a few questions for you.
I hope it's not to late though!
The wheels are Kelsey Hayes that have been widened, they should be only 5" wide. Mine is a 1970 Super Bee based on the Duster format, 71 was the same but with out the hood tach it had the tach in the rally dash. If there's no fender tag there may be a vin rivitted to the drivers door frame above the interior light switch.
There may also be a sin for the motor stamped on a metal plate and welded to the frame below the battery.There's not a vin # on the dash. I hope this helps.

Right on, it's never too late! I had a visit with you at the show....hope you don't mind I posted your car! Those wheels do rock, and now if I forget to ask at the next show, it's here for all.
