whats the best way to pack a third member for shipping

I ship them in a tripled up cardboard box. put the chuck into a trash bag and tape it up so it's "double wrapped". Then build a box around it. I've shipped even to Europe this way with no problems. I'd fully expect a bucket to be destroyed or the teeth damaged by "dropping". Shipping something is like sending it through a gorilla cage. Those guys can be animals...lol.
