Fair price for a complete 360 minus carb??

I've got a chance to buy a 1977 complete 360 minus the carb. Guy has went through it , checked the cam and whatnot and said everything looks good. Replaced all the gaskets. Turns by hand. Been about a year or two since the engine has been run. Already has aluminum intake and a set of ceramic headers. Just curious what some on here think is a fair price, so I can compare it to the firm price he wants.
