Do interior door panels interchange??

My 73 duster has these factory door panels:

And i really love the earlier ones, like found in this duster:

Is it a possible swap?(without changing my doors)
 
Nope 70-72 Is shorter than 73-76.
 
And the inside door handle is in a different location, and the top of the earlier doors is actually part of the door and is painted, the later doors have the plastic covering on them and are different......sorry
