73 Duster help .

The fronts are going to be awfully tall. The backspace is right, but I'd say you'd want 225/60/15's to avoid trimming the fender corner. That's what I have on my '74 Duster, 225/60/15's on 15x7" cop rims, same backspace.

You could probably use a little more backspace out back, 4.5" for an 8" rim is usually the ticket. But on a Duster you should have the room in the wheel wells anyway. I run the same wheels out back on mine, 225/60/15's on 15x7, 4.25" backspace. More than enough room. If you wanted to run 275's I'd say you'd want the extra .25" backspace, but with a 255 you should be good.
