1974 Dodge Dart project in Texas panhandle

1974 Dodge Dart 318 column shift auto with a fairly straight body. Someone had installed later (unknown make/model) front seats. Car looks to be mostly complete. It is a disc brake car. Not sure what it needs or will take to get it running. It was a project that we never got around to messing with so it is being sold off to clear out my dads property. Interior is dusty and the dash pad is baked from the Texas sun.
