62 valiant /6 turbo build

Bill maybe you and Freddie need to take a step back and you could be overlooking something small can you give me a break down on the tune from fuel pressure to timing and everything in between maybe I can help it could be something as simple as float level

Aaron

That may well be the case, Aaron; I did some parts=swapping on the two carbs I have, and didn't bother to check the float level with the sight plug in the side of the float bowl.

I will do that without fail, the next time we run the car.

Here's the rundown as far as I jnow it:

Compression ratio: a true, measured, 9:1
Compression pressure: 160-165 pounds on all cylinders; 4 hits...

Timing: locked plate; 18 degrees; no vacuum advance; no mechanical advance

Boost: 10 pounds max.

Carb jetting: 91's in front; 97's in back
Boost referenced power valve
Power valve value unknown (can't find a number on it)
Float bowl vent extensions 12" long
Accelerator pump squirters; 45 in front; 35's in back (good driveability; no stumbling)
180 degree Farenheit thermostat with no overheating
Idles smoothly at 700 rpm

A/F ratio under full throttle 14/3:1
Snowperformance BoostCooler Stage I coming on at 8 psi
What do you think?
