Sorry, so what you're saying is the round piece with the rubber o ring that seals the unit to the block is mopar specific? I agree its probably labeled wrong, or the number only corresponds to the housing. Now heres a thought. Could the wires be hitting the wiper motor bolt because my engine is not offset to the passenger side enough? Oh yeah, and when I try to grab the top of dizzy to spin it while the motors running I get zapped from time to time. I'm thinking it because of bolt wearing a thin spot in the top of the plug wires ( i'ved swapped the # 5 wire with the # 1 wire over time) time for new wires right?
Offhand I'd say the label is wrong. If there is no separate piece to adapt the housing to the SB Mopar it's just about got to be a "dedicated" "for Mopar SB" piece
