11 3/4 rotors

can you get a decent set of pads for those things? i was going to rob the 11 3/4's off my 76 cordoba but i couldnt find a set of pads that werent glued organics. instead i janked a set of 10 inchers off a grand fury and went with rivited metallic pads.

Same pads as for the 10.87" brake set up. In fact, same calipers if you want. Some of the later B/R bodies used a slightly larger piston in the caliper, but the external dimensions are the same. If you've got 73+ brakes, you can switch to 11 3/4" rotors without even bleeding your brakes.

1.250 thick

C body rotors. :wack:

Ok so what application do I give the parts guy. Their computer catalog doesn't have a buyers guide and they don't comprehend B body. Anyone have a foolproof application with no options?

Just ask for rotors from a '77 Cordoba. You'll want to specify that they're 11.75". Then check to make sure they're only 1" thick. Centric part # is 12163009, Raybestos is 7038R, Bendix is PRT1132.

Summit also sells an awesome set of drilled/slotted 11.75" rotors, part #SUM-BR-63009L and SUM-BR-63009R.
