Will a Dodge Aspen front disc set up fit a 67 Dart for conversion?

I found a 76 Dodge Aspen with disc front brakes, I'm curious if they will direct bolt up into a 67 Dart. I need to do a disc conversion and this is all I can find in my area. Any help will be great!
