1970 340 Swinger tire/wheel combos

I know it happened becuase I had more than a few 70 340 Darts over of the years that were original and were equipt with hubcaps (dog dishes), wheelcovers and rallye wheels. You have to remember, not all cars came with Broadcast sheets, and when Chrysler was making print ads back then... as well as now, they would show optional equiptment on the car. So, it is common to see optional wheels, tires, extra cost paint, vinyl tops, hood pins, flat black hoods and so on. All the optional items that made these cars look racier and meaner. Here are the codes for the wheels, dog dish caps are called hubcaps, becuase they juct covered the hub and lugs. Wheel covers covered to entire wheel, both standard and deluxe...and wire were available

Ok John, here is the original build sheet from my 70 340 Swinger...if I am reading my build sheet right under "wheels" it has "road 51-color TX9-spare 12-wheel cover 24"

Does that mean my car came with the W24 styled road wheels class? AKA Rallye wheels?

Also, trying to figure out what tires it had, under "Tires" it has T74, what would that be? I found E70x14 WSW fiberglass belt....is that a white wall tire?

Thanks for your help!!!
