Vibration test

You didn't say but I assume your working on some sort of older Mopar. If that's the case it won't work. The torque converter has the ring gear for the starter attached to it. If you unbolt the torque converter it won't start.

When does it vibrate? Just sitting there revving the engine or only when your driving?
