I got what is called "Snakeskin" at a place called "Altex" they call it expandable sleeving in their catalog.

You can use 1/4" for up to 1/2" bundles of wire you just loose the length as it expands.
Because Altex is local I get it as I need it, keeps me from ordering bulk and spreads the cost out, it's a little pricey.
