I've had someone do that one time for me. You cut into the old LCA heavily to save as much of the sway bar tabs as possible. Probably mess up the old LCA, but if you are replacing it, they are no good anyways.
If you carefully grind the old weld and old lca bits from the sway bar tabs, they should look very close to stock on the new/replacement LCA's.
