Anyone know about old schwinn bikes?

Nah my *** hurts to much when riding bike.

I'm finally getting too arthritic and lame to ride, but if you still can get yourself a recumbent. I built my first one after my "big accident" that left me with damage to both legs, and rode it until arthritis finally got too much a few years later, when I bought first one, then a second recumbent trike These recumbents are incredibly comfortable to ride, and I wish I'd had one years and years earlier. My neck problems have for many years made tilting my head "back" to ride a conventional bike uncomfortable, and I've never found a seat that liked me. (Of course you can get recumbent two--wheelers as well, but by the time I bought my trike, I needed a trike, as I could not reliably ride hard enough to keep on a two--wheeler)

My first trike, a Sun EZ-3SX, which I modified with front hand cranks, and a cut down scooter off the rear for electric boost, in the end

My present trike, which I'm now unable to ride very far at all, a Sun with under seat steering, which I hoped to convert to a "row" setup. It has had the non driven left wheel/ axle modified for electric booster drive

Bottom photo is the bike I threw together in ?2000? made out of junk parts. It's a rough copy of what was then called an "EZ racer" or "tour EZ" The reason my watch is on my right is that I broke and scarred my left wrist, and only lately has it become "desensitized" enough that I can now again stand a watch band on my left. LOL, the huge crank is one out of a bike I had when I was a kid from the early sixties!!!!
